Angle Aluminum Frames
Closed corner welded aluminum frames are an upscale alternative look to many other aluminum frames on the market. Strong, yet lightweight, Welded Aluminum allows for different design options than that of our angle steel frames. Finishes include all of our powder coat options as well as a brushed and frosted finish. Most of our welded aluminum frames come with a strainer, held with screws through the sides of the frame. Screws are made to match the selected finish and do not detract from the look of the frame. Strainers can be adjusted to different depths depending on your needs. Our wider angle aluminum frames will have a wood insert that enables you to easily fit the artwork into the frame.
Our Museum White, Millennium Black and Gray powder coat finishes are a great option for artwork destined for a gallery setting, as strong aluminum can be made into oversized frames while still maintaining a thin face for a minimal look – some size restrictions will apply, please feel free to call us so that we may guide you to the best option. Our Museum White powder coat finish is formulated to match the Museum White lacquer finish that we use on our hardwood frames. These powder coat finishes are sleek and attractive options that will only enhance the artwork they surround.
Unlike our angle steel frames, welded aluminum allows us more customization options in that we are able to rip down the aluminum to create custom widths and depths. Special orders for deeper aluminum frames are also welcome, please call us for details.
